Continuous white red green blue loop

Ok not sure this is the right place to post...

Anyway i received my qnix moniter and had a try at ocing it and had to restart the pc anyway now im faced with a continuous loop as mentioned fullscreen! I tryed to restore it in safe mode and it failed! Although i never selected the refresh rate in windows. I also updated gpu drivers to the latest 14.6 beta which may have something to do with it any way pleasee help!
