Yes, all PSU come with cables.  Use those.

Uhm, the goal was to save money on the keyboard, not get a more expensive one.

Use a cheap $5 one until you can get one later.  I personally like the free Dell ones.

Honestly, take your time on a keyboard.   Test them out in stores to get the feel.   It is so personal it's hard to recommend.

Budget (including currency): £780

Country: uk

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: minecraft scp secret lab game development

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm trying to get my parents to get me a gaming PC for Christmas and I have already chosen out a bunch of parts but I don't know if the right kind of parts so would you mind helping me tweak the parts or telling me if it's fine

I think you could hold off on the PSU cable sleeves and the mechanical keyboard to bolster your CPU or GPU.  I have never liked the 5500, I would go Ryzen 5600 minimum.  How much is that used for you?

Otherwise the parts will all go together.

That said, there may be fully complete PC's for sale that are in your price range.  780 pounds is a solid budget, what can you find for complete machines used?
