Upgrading Build Suggestions

I currently have an i5-9600k paired with a MSI 2060 Ventus OC, and am looking to upgrade. Right now with Black Friday deals I am looking at upgrading to one of the following:

Ryzen 5700X3D

Ryzen 7 7700x

i5-13600k

i5-13400

I want to be able to play the new Call of Duty on high settings without crashing as I do currently, and would like to also go to DDR5. My budget for a new CPU/Mobo/Ram is about $350, I live in the U.S. and am not near any pc part stores other than what I can scrap from Best Buy and Target. Any recommendations?
