Budget (including currency): 25000 INR or 250 USD around

Country: India

Games, programs, or workloads that will be used for Multiple stream setup

My current streaming pc: Ryzen 3500x, GTX 1060 3 GB, 16 GB RAM, 550w PSU, nvme 1 TB SATA 2 TB, 8 TB HDD. I am first time using a forum for help I will try my best. I want to set up multiple streams through 'obs'. My current stream is a YouTube 12mbps stream. And it is heavy when under max load. I think the RAM is okay I want to upgrade my GPU in a few months but for now, I want to upgrade my CPU. I am thinking about 5900x or 5950x for more cores for multiple streams.

My Question:

  1. Is this cup a good choice without a change of motherboard?
  2. Does adding more cores help my stream or should I go another route or upgrade my GPU?
  3. I use an ethernet cable to send my display capture (OBS Teleport) to send it to my streaming PC. Should I go for a capture card or this should be fine?

Additional Points :

-streaming Encoder 'Av1'  (suggestions on nvenc or other encoders )

-I want to stream a short stream, twitch stream and YouTube stream

-My gaming PC is 6700xt, 7600x, 32gb ram

-The games I play are Valorant and bo6

You might need to update the firmware on your motherboard to support a newer processor. Make sure you update before you get rid of the old processor.

In terms of helping your stream performance, are you struggling now? What's the incentive to upgrade? If it's chugging, you'll need to figure out why it's chugging and come up with a plan of attack to mitigate it. Your GPU should support hardware encoding via H.264 AVCHD and H.265 HEVC already, so you should make sure that you're actually using it.

Your stream will get crushed down when it is broadcast by the distributor (whether that's YouTube, Twitch, etc.). The less bandwidth they have to deal with, the better. If OBS Teleport is working fine for you now, then whether you upgrade is largely up to you, as a matter of convenience. Capture cards, like the Elgato Cam Link are cheaper than ever, so keep that in mind, too.
