no post after changing csm

so the other day i wanted to disable my csm to turn on secure boot so i could play valorant on my new pc 

i disabled it and my pc would not post everything is getting power and computer will run but will not display

 i have dealt with this problem on a previous build that i had and reseting cmos always did the trick but for this 

pc the cmos reset seems to do nothing i have removed the battery for over an hour and even tried touching the jumper pins 

still nothing i proceeded to take my pc apart reseat the cpu and ram and still no luck could it be the motherboard it is just a 

generic chinese motherboard with a lack luster bios ive tired basically everything that i have found and even ordered a whole new motherboard 

does anyone know something that i dont I even tested the gpu in my brothers system and it worked as it should 

what should i do!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP

i tried a different psu and a different graphics card as well i did order a new motherboard and am hoping that will do the trick
