Budget (including currency): £100 - £200 per part, apart from GPU £300 - £400

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: If it can run Cyberpunk at a reasonable FPS I will be happy

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No existing parts, any peripherals that are a good price to performance, 1080p 60Hz I dont mind

Don't give a budget "per part", makes not much sense as a PC isn't the sum of components.. What's your overall budget ?

This makes absolutely no sense to quote it like this.... "£100-£200".... so this means you plan to spend up to £200 on a CPU or motherboard.... but also up to £200 each on RAM / PSU / case / fans / RGB / keyboard / mouse?!?

Far better to give an overall budget and see what sort of balance we can find.

Here's a basic build, where I've gone well under £200 per part in most cases, but just over £400 on the GPU.... but I recommend choosing your own keyboard/mouse as those are to personal preference - I know the Logitech ones are solid and reliable, but there are probably better budget options out there - I know I get 10 years out of a good mouse/keyboard, so I tend to spend a lot more than normal there....

PCPartPicker Part List

But then as a perfect example.... this build would be £20 cheaper and WAY better for  CyberPunk, but this means saving money on the storage, but spending more than your target price on the GPU....

Hello... I think I understood what you were trying to ask. You wanted to make sure that each PC Part was within the £100-£200 Price Range and be decent enough to actually use but the GPU had a higher Budget of £300-£400. Well I have put together a Build List for you that when put together will not only meet your expectations but VASTLY Surpass them. This PC will Fly you to the Moon and Back and be Fast as Lightning.

For the Parts that I have picked for you, which are really Awesome by the way... Let's start with the CPU. I went with a Ryzen 7 5700X3D. Even though this Chip is now 3 Generations Old it is still the Best Performance Per Dollar CPU for Gaming on the Market today. You can't beat it's RAW Gaming Performance for it's incredible Low Price. It's even cheaper in the UK than it is here in the USA! Another thing that makes this CPU the Best choice for you is the fact that it's a X3D CPU meaning it has 96MB of L3 Cache where as most other CPUs only have about 32MB. This allows the CPU to Run Games much more Efficiently, Faster, Smoother, Virtually no Lag Time, and even Load Games and Loading/Wait Screens much Faster. How could you not pick this CPU???

The Motherboard I went with is the GIGABYTE B550 AORUS Elite AX V3. It's a pretty Standard Board with all the Connectivity you could want. This Motherboard is quite new and PCPartPicker doesn't have it in it's Inventory quite right yet so the Amazon Link is there for you when you click on the Name of the Board. One great thing about this Board is that you will not need to Update the BIOS for the CPU to work out of the Box. Make sure you get the V3 Version!!!

The RAM I chose is Standard 32GB 2x16GB 3200MHz CL16 RGB for TeamGroup. This Brand is Very well known and sought after. TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Storage I went with a 2TB M.2 Drive from Western Digital Black SN770. Another very popular item. It's Rated for up to 5,150MB/s. Get into the Game Fast as you Zoom past Load Times with Blazing Speeds.

For the GPU I wanted to get you the Best option I could for your Budget. I was able to get you a XFX Speedster SWFT 319 Radeon RX 6800 16 GB VRAM Video Card. The RX 6800 is going to give you Excessively High FPS in 1080p and really good FPS in 1440p. This was a Top Tier GPU a few years ago and still is a major contender for Performance Per Dollar/Pound.

This next section I'm going to talk about 3 different Parts, The Case and the CPU Cooler. The Case is the Montech XR. It comes with 3 ARGB Fans Pre-Installed. 2 Fans on the Side ans 1 in the Rear. This Case has the really Cool looking feature of the Fish Tank Style or Panoramic View. This style became popular a few years ago with the Lian Li 011. Many other Case Brands are now making Cases like this and this particular Case just happens for to very affordable. Montech has really pushed the Envelope when it comes to Innovation, Style, Durability, and many other things while giving top level functionality while keeping the costs down for the Customers. The CPU Cooler is went with is the Montech HyperFlow ARGB 360. It is a 360mm AIO Water Cooler that comes with 3x 120mm ARGB Fans. Also being a Montech item it pairs seamlessly with the Case. This AIO will go inside the Case on the Top to Exhaust Air Out. This will give you even more Airflow into and out of the Case. And the 3rd item is a Pack of Fans, the Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 66.17 CFM 120 mm ARGB Fans 3-Pack. These Fans are extremely high quality and will go on the Bottom of the inside of the Case and Pull Fresh Air in from the under side of the Case. With all these fans Airflow will never be a problem and you will also never need anymore Fans. Airflow is Key with PC Builds today. Without Adequate Airflow the PC is more likely to Overheat and Damage something if not the whole PC.

Now you said that you needed Peripherals. Well for a Monitor your Budget of £100-£200 is just a bit out of reach. I did find a Monitor for not much more than that and it's a Top Model. The Gigabyte G27Q 27.0" 2560 x 1440 144 Hz. This is a 27" 1440p Monitor that has Built in Speakers. This comes in handy while Playing Games so that you can actually Hear what's going on. A lot of people don't think of this when Building a PC and look for a Monitor. With this Monitor, CPU, & GPU you can expect anywhere between 80-110 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077. Which is very good for this Level of Hardware.

For the Keyboard I went with the Razer Ornata V3 X. It's a Standard Gaming Keyboard with RGB and a Palm Rest.

The Mouse is a bit better, the Logitech G502 Hero Wired Optical Mouse is really good and top rated by a lot of Gamers. You should have no problem with any Game when it comes to this Mouse.

All in all it's a Killer PC and will last you many years to come.
