My PC has been having issues booting, with error 15, turning in to 14 then eventually the little circle loading appears and after about 5 min i get BSOD that says "inaccesible boot drive", i can get around this only one way, CMOS reset and setting up bios again, exiting out and going through another 5 min of code 15/14, some B4, 99 and others flash by but always back to 15/14, then i boots up almost normally, programs are choppy at times, discord for example stops rendering until i move the window, or only half the window is actually "refreshing" until i move it, eventually i start just chugging in all programs and i'm forced to reboot, if im lucky i dont have to do the process all over, that time, but every day i have to do it on first boot.

i've:
reseated ram
swapped them around
tested one by one
flashed bios

ran crystaldisc and found no errors.

event viewer shows no issues at all either.

i can't figure out what the issue is, some have said the drive is dead, some other posts suggest its the board, or if it could be the CPU.
here is my build list.

That is an awful picture hahah, but I found this on ROG forum.

Possible issues:
Your MB has a short to the case stand-offs.
Your DIMMs are incompatible with the CPU or MB.
DIMM slots contaminated or not seated properly.
Improper cabling connections.
You may have bent pins in the CPU socket.
All will have to be checked and If this continues, you will have to Benchtest outside your case.

i should mention the PC is over a year old and has had no issues other than some nvidia related errors.
