Is it only when gaming?

What happens when you run some benchmarking app?

Does it stutter anything during light load, like watching a youtube video?

I am just gonna do some test's now,

Only stutters when gaming.

Any benchmark app you can recommend?

What does Task Manager say when the stuttering happens? Does it say that you have a suspiciously low CPU or GPU usage?

Here is my Task Manager whilst playing RDR2.

One thing I notice is that my Ram is saying 4800mhz when it should be 6000mhz?

I have enabled XMP.

Re-check your BIOS, and also check whether or not the RAM you purchased is rated for 6000MT/s. As for removing stuttering, try reinstalling your GPU drivers with GeForce Experience (ensure you're using Game Ready drivers), and check for updates with Windows Update. Also check your power plan in the Windows settings, and in the Power Plan in the Control Panel.

Don't tell me to upgrade. I would've done so if I could.

I managed to get my ram to show 6000mts by turning off XMP profile and re enabling it.

My GPU drivers I reinstalled.

One thing I noticed is that my power plan was set to "power saver" which i changed to "balanced", this may have been restricting performance.

R6 and RDR2 feel alot smoother right now, if the issue comes back I will create another post.

My in game temperatures are fine too.

Not sure what has helped but thank you!

Set your power plan to High Performance. You can also make a custom power plan, which is what I do on Windows 10.

Hey,

The stuttering has started again.

I did some bench marking in a few games, is the 0.1% really low?

I am not sure what is going on
