My mouse will not lock.

For a while now my mouse doesn't lock per application, i've tried some dual monitor tool thing to lock it to one monitor and it did not work. i sort of found a way to lock it on fortnite and some other games by going into settings and turning off one monitor (show only on one) but my mouse still doesn't lock. it still does not lock on roblox, i use it a way to turn your camera around in roblox if you have not played it is by holding down right click and moving your mouse. your cursor is not ment to move during this but mine does as well as when i turn on "mouselock"/shift lock it does not lock it and it still moves around and im not sure why. i cannot find any solution that works for this issue. please i need help. please... these clips are from games "time of ninja" and games "sharkbite 2" ps i've tried updating my driver several times and it doesn't work
