Hi, I have a problem after undervolting my Ryzen 9 5900x On MSI MAG x570 Tomahawk Wifi

I've tried to put voltage to 1.02500 and Core Ratio to 47.50

After I saved these settings PC would run normally but I have no Signal on monitors and can't even get into bios now.
I have tried reseting CMOS and bios flashback but still no Signal also my Motherboard indicates with white led something is wrong with CPU. Did I just killed my CPU or is there something I can do?

When I had undervolt on 1.20000 and Core Ratio 44.50 everything went fine, I just wanted to try how much I can push and now it seems I did hit the limits.

Did you unplug your power supply from the wall and let the pc rest without power for like 15m? Then remove the cmos battery for a solid couple of minutes and press the power button a couple of times before reinserting?

Residual power in the psu is enough to keep settings saved for a bit.

I've actually haven't tried that one I've just removed CMOS battery for about 10 minutes and that was it, then put everything back together.

*EDIT*
Should I put GPU back and plug the PC back in when trying power button or leave it unplug and without the CMOS battery when trying power button?

Make sure the psu is unplugged and upowered.

The power button you can do at any point in any way the system is configured. So without gpu is more than fine.

Remove the processor and look for any damaged pins, and then make sure to put it in place nicely. Undervolting generally doesn't kill processors.

And as for the CMOS battery, remove it, and unplug the PSU, or even better, unplug all the connected wires from the PSU (you don't have to do this if it is a huge hassle), and try to power on. This should definitely take care of any residual power left.

If your system supports flashing the firmware without booting the system, you might try that.

PLEASE MARK COMMENTS AS SOLUTION IF SATISFIED!!

bigger number better, makes me look cooler.

Im right now doing the CMOS battery, bios flash I already tried to no result, and pins should be fine, I was gaming on that PC today, I've just decided to try undervolt it even more. And soon I'll have to go to a night shift, so Im just leaving the battery out as long I can and continue tomorrow.

Try turning it on without the CMOS battery.

I've tried, I had the whole PC out, unplugged, removed CMOS battery and tried power button but it didn't work, when I get home from work I'll be trying to boot it up with just 1 ram stick and different GPU that doesnt take too much power and try to get into bios, the problem is that there is just no signal, PC turns on and everything just that my monitor remains black and just nothing.

punch the reset pin/button if you happens to have one, same as removing the cmos battery. or google to find the rst GPIO pin and jam some metal in between

Sadly didn't work, tried to take out 1 ram aswell still nothing, tried flash bios button with beta version of bios and still nothing, at this point I think the CPU is just dead.

Undervolt shouldnt kill your cpu, or was the multiplier that did it?

All I've change was 1 line of voltage (lowered) and then CPU Core ratio I've tried put higher 47.50 saved settings and exited bios and suddenly just black screen upon boot and been like that ever since

So, I would still like to fix but I did just ordered ryzen 7 5700x3d (5800x3d is unavaliable in Czech Republic) I don't know if I downgraded or upgraded in gaming department but at least I will know if issue is in fact in CPU or somewhere else

Update, PC is working, I follow some guide from reddit, did bios flashback with both GPU and RAM removed, only PSU and CPU. then put everything together, still no signal, then he said to try and take out 1 ram, a here we are. Everything is working, only it seems I've killed my RAM, as the RAM I removed when I tried it alone in every slot, no SIGNAL. and the EZ Debug led indicator turned on again.
