Text Formatting Issue

Hello everyone,

 

I have a really weird issue that I am not quiet sure where to begin troubleshooting, or what the source even is. 

 

I am working on my Resume in Word.  I have a nice professional resume that is using Calibri as the font style. 

 

For some reason, the letter T appears to be bugging out whenever the resume is imported anywhere or even analyzed by AI.  This is leading to issues with the ATS and may be displaying incorrectly on the employers end. 

 

For example - lets look at this block of text.

I asked ChatGPT to analyze my resume and provide feedback.  This is a bulletpoint it gave me.

I also had my resume reviewed professionally and this was some formatting feedback I got too.

Whenever I import my resume into an application, I notice these little weird issues everywhere and have to fix them.  The document looks absolutely fine in the PDF export and in Word.  I've tried different fonts and I'm not really getting anywhere. 

 

What is going on here and how do I fix it?

Mouse: Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Optical Mouse
