SMART SELECT GARBAGE

I just got the new new update and it is not working well on for me.

I was used to open two pages on my tablet, one for questions and the other one to solve questions on. I was using smart select to easily move the questions from the questions page to my samsung notes. But now when I hold my finger down on the new smart select to move the selected area, it is not possible anymore.

 

I couldnt find any solutions for this and it was the most efficient way to study. 

 

Do you know any solutions?
