Corrupt files?

Hello,

 

Quick question, whenever I run sfc /scannow it says the files have been fixed. But I ran it again and said the same thing over and over again. So did they successfully repair or not...

I ran all the dism commands. Did chkdsk ran mrt just incase. Nothing made a change. I'm not sure where to go from here so I'm asking for your help. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

I only did it because I pressed on one shortcut and it vanished and pressed on some others and they dissapeared until after i did the windows update it was fine. You're right this is very strange.

I'm going to shoot a couple of random things in the dark here, but have you tried rebooting by any chance?

Have you tried restarting the GPU driver with Win + ctrl + shift + B?

Just did it no change. Not sure what the problem is. Also GPU drivers are fully up to date aswell

You said that after the Windows update icons starting to disappear when you click on them?!?

Was it the regular patch tuesday update or was it the 24h2 update?

Sorry before but it was in 24h2 but the update today was fine
