weird startup programs

was going through my start up programs randomly just looking through my whole PC basically due to some unexpected storage exception error bluescreens and found these 2 programs that i have no idea what they are. no file seemingly attached to these and they arent doing anything to my knowledge. was curious if anyone knows what they are/how to remove entirely.
