Broken mobo or cpu???

I really need help.

I have a pc that i changed the mobo, cpu and ram. The pc was working properly before with no bent pins, the gpu works fine. The cpu should work. And im not sure about the mobo.

Heres the original specs before i switched it out:
ryzen 3 2200g

16gb ddr4

gtx 1050 galax

antec 450watt psu

msi b350m pro gaming mobo

i don't know why it doesn't work. no bios update. the led blinks red on cpu problem. Pls reply

The specs are not useful if you changed CPU, RAM, motherboard and don't tell what you replaced them with.

Or do you mean you tried using those parts in a new build and they failed to boot ? In that case, it won't hurt to have the specs of the components you are using them with.

Have you tried updating the BIOS?
