Audio clipping

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

OH MY GOD I'VE SOLVED IT!

All I needed to do is to increase Memory Voltage (MEM VTT) and MEM VVDIO in ryzen master. Now it works flawlessly!

Hi, I don't know why but when I'm browsing folders with many files or use music app and browser, play some games I can hear audio clipping. It's not always present, but it always shows in the same situations. When I'm scrolling youtube and listen music via spotify clipping shows. It happens both in onboard audio and my DAC dongle.

I've checked if maybe some usb device is interfering, tried changing audio formats, reinstalling drivers. LatencyMoon doesn't show anything when my audio clearly clipped. Uninstalling Peace EQ didn't help. I don't think it's driver issue.

My system:

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

AMD Radeon RX 5700XT

GIGABYTE B500M DS3H

4 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz CL15

PSU:

What drive(s) do you have installed in your PC? Is it just one? Do you have more than one? Are they solid state or mechanical drives? Has this just started happening recently, or always been an issue?

I have 2 nvme ssd's. ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 512GB in which Windows is installed and Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB.

Set shared sample rate to 16 bit 48kHz and make sure all enhancements or filters are disabled.

Didn't work.

Have you tried multiple sound devices, could it be an issue with your speakers/headphones?

I've tried my headphones with onboard dac and my FiiO BTR15 with the exact same results. When connected to my phone headphones worked just fine so It is a PC-related problem.
