GPU ERROR Code 43

hi, I noticed that my gpu (3060 laptop gpu) wasnt being detected on task manager and noticed that my nvidia drivers were not being downloaded properly. The gpu shows up on device manager but it show error code 43. I tried reinstalling windows, using a ddu and reinstalling newer versions and older versions of the nvidia drivers and I have no luck. What should I do now?

Is your laptop still covered by warranty ?

You already tried DDU. Next step I'd backup important data and then reinitialize Windows (erase all data option). If that one still doesn't work, you probably have a hardware problem.
