does someone know a way to fix a dead intel iGPU? The laptop is Thinkbook 14 iil 20SL with 8GB RAM And 256GB SSD (School laptop) i disabled the iGPU Through Device manager in safe mode because everytime i turn it on the screen freezes and shows artifacts this was made with the iGPU Off

It might be missing the driver.

"Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" sounds more like it's using a default failsafe Windows driver when it can't find any other driver.

 

See if you can find a driver from either Intel or from the laptop manufacturer.
