Im currently trying to see where i can upgrade my pc regards gaming from 1080P to 1440P since a friend is offering me a free 1440P Monitor(144HZ).

The Games im Playing are , Black Desert Online,Diablo 3/4 / PubG 

Do i need anything new for 1440P or can i keep my current PC if yeah what should i change? Im from Germany my Budget is around 600€

Why don't you try your system in the games you play with the new monitor first and see if that is enough for you?

If not €600 will easily get you a 7800 XT / 7900 GRE or a RTX 4070 Super.

850w is also more than enough for all this.

Based on what I can find your system should be fine for 1440p gaming. And since you get the screen for free from your friend, I would recommend you test it to see how well the games run at different settings. And if you find the performance to be lacking you can consider upgrading the GPU. I believe the CPU should be more than good enough for 1440p gaming.

To get 144 FPS+ on 1440p in PUBG you'd be recommended to upgrade to a Ryzen 5700X3D (cca 250€) and a stronger GPU.
