Having an issue with typing since new Windows 11 update. I can no longer double press any key without pressing another key in-between, otherwhis, i get a chirping sound and no follow-through on the input. Even now, typing this, I have this issue. Was there some new setting implemented that has caused this or did my cat sit on my laptop while I wasnt looking, causing some sort of hotkey setting to enable? My whole job is typing on this laptop and with this issue, it is unbearable. Please help me.

Never exclude the cat doing mischief....

As for the setting, I remember a setting of older Windows that was called "bounce keys", "slow keys" or something similar in keyboard settings. The goal of that feature is to prevent  defective keyboards or trembling persons from repeating the same key when only once is intended.

Hope that helps.
