Question for bios

Do i need to change the bios for my motherboard and how

i got h370 chipset and my cpu is dead due overclock

How did you even overclock a CPU on an H370 mobo?

bios i dont remeber correctly but i had change frequency to 3.8 or 4.2 on i5 9600k,and my pc wont start only my motherboard is working

Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

Then you need to start the diagnosis process. Do you have a spare CPU to try?  Try reseating your RAM, use 1 module instead of 2, try different slots, do the same with your video card etc.

no i dont have another cpu for other i've done it
