Not finding boot device

I just bought a new mobo, cpu, ram and nvme ssd but i cant boot into windows.

before dissasembling my old pc i downloaded win11 to a usb but when i plug it in to the new config it doesnt show up

What util did you use to make the usb bootable?

• Windows Media Creation tool or
• rufus/balenaEtcher

Just copying the iso to usb will not make it a bootable option in bios.

 

If inserting usb into front usb port of case ensure you have connected all front io connections to the motherboard. Otherwise try a rear usb port.
