Support Response Time?

Does anyone know what the support response time is?  I ordered the new precision screwdriver and wanted to add one more thing to my order that I forgot.  I emailed support yesterday but never heard back.  I assume it was because it was Sunday and they were probably closed.  So I was just curious on what turnaround time is?
