System Crash

Hello everybody,I have encountered a weird error on my system which I can't really explain. Basically I was watching some videos on the Firefox browser and the video suddenly stopped and wouldn't respond. I couldn't rewind ,or quit full screen or anything. I tried to open snipping tool or paint and the search bar from windows wouldn't load any search results. When I opened task manager I went to the performance tab and checked to see if anything was abnormal,my cpu utilization was 13% ,but it was at 5.1 GHz,memory was 8Gb/32 ,nothing weird so far,but on the bottom ,GPU 1,my dedicated graphics card had a utilization of " -1% " ,yes it was below 0% and it was negative,I couldn't print screen or snip it,and by the time I realized I could take a photo with my phone I already pressed Ctrl-Alt-Delete and chose sign out,which fixed the problem,but no other program was responding.

 

My specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X

SSD Samsung 980 pro 1tb

AMD Radeon RX 7800 xt

Well, that was an interesting bug.

Now, if it doesn't happen again, you can blame it on a glitch.

If it happens again, we can certainly dig deeper and see if there is a fix that works on it.

Well it just happened again a few minutes ago. Here's the task manager photos. What other thing should I check to see what might have cause the crash?

I forgot to mention,but the graphs weren't moving either,they were stuck and nothing was getting updated in task manager.
