Epic account goes missing HELP

my friend had gta 5 and other games from that account

now tried to login back after a long time

and epic says no such account exists

I'd check my emails, see if there are any from Epic (e.g. initial signup). That should tell you which email address was used to sign up. That could potentially be used to recover the username and/or password. Otherwise, try talking to their support. But without irrefutable proof of ownership, it's extremely unlikely they are going to help in any way.

Only Epic can help you, but your friend MUST know the original email address and have access to it. Find that out. If you can't find that out, it's gone.

mail id which the epic account was created is accessible. but now epic says no such gmail exists when try to login with that gmail

had some otp few months ago which was read

Contact their support with receipts when you/they bought/redeemed the games on Epic from your email. That'll prove that account existed at some point.

If you try too often, that could trigger a security mechanism that prevents further logins from you IP for some time. Best course of action is to contact their support and provide whatever info they ask for.
