Power supply question?

Is a 850w power supply enough for a 4070 ti super and ryzen 5 7600x if I were to run it at ultra 1440p to 4k  with 3 monitors not all monitors are 4k only one is rest are 1080p.

Ok thanks I saw that a recommendation of 750w was for gpu alone and assumed that it is what it used so was worried 850w was not enough

It's generally taking into account you're other PC parts as well. It's more of a estimate.

If you mean ti recommendations from Nvidia, they list specifically what system they use to base the numbers on. So you can adjust as needed depending on the CPU that you are using. Should give you a decent ballpark.
