So when I turn of my pc I often hear some high pitch noises some what close around 4Khz - 5Khz

The wired part is it only happens when I turn the computer off, When the computer is on my psu run completely fine I can hear the fan running. It only happen sometime when I turn my computer off, and I think it is cause by my psu because I tried unplugging everything. So I have a CS600 from Corsair

if you have another psu laying around, i'd swap that in and see if it still happens. maybe temporarily pull one from another computer.   as far as i know power supplys dont typically beep at you.  could be a motherboard issue.  but deffinately test another psu to at least narrow down the issue. and see if you can isolate it to that specific psu
