I have an ASUS vivobook-15-x571lh, and I wanted to ask, what are laptops I should and shouldn't buy?
my current laptop has quite the horrible battery uptime, and my old battery and charger stopped working, so i got new ones.
it gets a bit hot, other then that it is ok.
Also, i would love some recommendation on which laptop i should buy to replace mine, and also when, since mine works currently.

Out of US, need to work with games, CAD and blender, needs GPU and at least 16GB ram, needs to have an ok battery, display, and weight, and at MINIMUM 3 USB-A ports - all of that at a cost below 1.5k$ - i need to have it in a store in my country or shipping (ill check that myself).

If you don't mind used given your budget (I'm ruling out all gaming notebooks as they're all pretty the crappiest most unreliable things out there), perhaps take a look at something like a HP ZBook Studio G8.

I would gravitate towards enterprise and business hardware since unlike their consumer counterparts even from the same brand, they're built to last. And since they're used in corporate environments where in-house technicians maintain them, replacement parts are easier to find.

Equally many organizations simply utilize warranty contracts and retire these devices right after the 3-year extended warranty. So there's always plenty of still powerful and serviceable machines flooding the second-hand market.

Intel® Core™ i7-12700 | GIGABYTE B660 AORUS MASTER DDR4 | Gigabyte Radeon™ RX 6650 XT Gaming OC | 32GB Corsair Vengeance® RGB Pro SL DDR4 | Samsung 990 Pro 1TB | WD Green 1.5TB | Windows 11 Pro | NZXT H510 Flow White

ok, thanks, but... WHEN should i buy it? im currently still using mine because it works and i want the market to "evolve" you know, get better parts and older stuff cost less.
(also it seems that in my country a lot of the laptops cost more, like, i found listings of this laptop at 2k-2.7k$)
