PC freezing when opening certain application

This must be the 8th time this has happend and it's driving me insane. I can't pinpoint the issue...

When I launch the RainbowSix.exe executable, a few seconds later my pc freezes and I have to restart.

When I launch another game my pc instantly freezes.

When I launch UbisoftConnect my pc instantly freezes.

It only happens to certain application and so far only a PC reset has fixed it but the issue always comes back. No minidump is produced and Event Logs are useless...
I'd really appreciate any tips...

Specs:

CPU: i5 9400f

RAM: 4 x LPX 36666mhz DDR4 (32gb total)

GPU: RX 6750XT

PSU: TUF gaming 650w bronze

Storage devices:

860 EVO 500GB (SSD)

970 EVO PLUS 1TB (M.2)

SeaGate Iron Wolf Pro 4tb (HDD)

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling these apps?

And when has this happened? Since you installed the apps or just recently?

Only happend today. I've installed a few things but I guess I have to go through them all. I can't uninstall the apps normally because it freezes my PC.

So if you try uninstalling, that freezes the PC as well? Even going through Settings > Apps?

Anything you've installed that might have changed the system? Not just games etc?

And are you using Windows 10 / 11?

It's because the uninstaller is also main exe that causes the freezing issue. I tried through Settings -> Apps
I'll have to go through them all
