Samsung Delivery

Hey all! I've noticed that samsung has seemed to have messed up orders and delivery specifically the new ultra watches and air pods (I paid the extra $5 for them to be delivered together. My biggest mistake. People seem to be deleting reddit posts about it and after talking to customer service today. After 2 to 3 weeks? They won't say how big of a mess up it is or how many people are affected. Heard linus mention something about the ear buds having to be recalled before being sent out. But not seeing much and Samsung is putting a lot of effort to cover up what I think is a pretty big pie in face scenario.

 

Also, still no order date or anything expected.

Samsung shipping and delivery is just a mess for anything other than their phones, at least in my experience. Especially if you're going through their RMA. Their worst area has got to be ultrawide monitors though. I'll never order direct from Samsung again even with the discounts. I'd recommend ordering or purchasing the product you want from another online or in person retailer rather than directly from the Samsung store.

Weird.  I ordered my Ultra watch on 7/26.  Delivery was supposed to be on 7/31 (free).  I got it 7/29.  Two of friends got theirs 8/2 (or thereabouts).

 

Order Buds3 Pro on 7/11 and received them 7/23.

 

The only thing I'm mad about is the Ring.  I preordered it on 7/16 but my size has never been available as of yet so they're going to cancel my pre-order tomorrow because I haven't "ordered my size" yet.

 

When ordering phones, I always seem to get mine a day early.
