Budget (including currency): 1650€ - 1750€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mainly Gaming (Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, Newer Assassin's Creed games)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

My current idea would be:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X

CPU Cooler: Be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX

Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32GB 6400MHz CL 32

Storage: 500GB Crucial P5 Plus (OS), 2TB Crucial P5 Plus with Heatsink

GPU: RTX 4060 Ti 16GB

Case: iCUE Link 3500X RGB

PSU: Corsair RM850x (850W)

I want to use 2x 1440p 165Hz Monitors

Thanks in advance for any responses 🙂

The Ryzen 7600X is just as fast as the 7900X in gaming performance but going from a 4060 Ti so a 4070 Ti Super or 4070 Ti will be a massive increase in performance 🙂

You want low profile RAM when using a dual tower cpu cooler so that said cooler isn't impeded by the RAM heatsinks. Look for a board with the newer 2.5G LAN seeing how it can be a plus for latency which is a good thing when killing your fellow Europeans in online shooter games. A single 2TB SSD will work just fine.
