Problem with Links

Because of the Goggle+ integration into Youtube, people are now permitted to post links in the comment section

As some of you probably are aware of, these links actually lead viruses; because of this, I was wondering if there was an extension available on Google Chrome to make it so that I have to double click a link or something to open the link.
