TBH, I had problems before CPU change which I will be explaining:

PC Specs:

CPU: AMD 7800X3D

Motherboard: X670E- HERO

GPU: AMD 7900XT

Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 (F5-6400J3239G16GX2-TZ5S F5-6400J3239G16GA2-TZ5S - Overview - G.SKILL International Enterprise Co., L...)

After my 7700X burned and stopped working (probably because of an old BIOS version which I heard could damage CPUs) I changed my CPU to 7800X3D and updated BIOS to version 2007 from 1303.

After changing, the PC works fine apart from some problems:

-When I restart, I get the error code 1A (couldn't find an answer as to what that means) and the PC wont boot, I have to long press the power button to boot into safe mode, get in BIOS and boot from there, after that I get to windows no problem. I've read on Reddit that I should disable fast boot which if it means "Fast Startup" I have disabled it and to check if my RAM speed is locked, which I have no idea what that is or how to check it, I also wasn't able to find answers for this online.

-A problem that appeared after the CPU and BIOS change is that my RAM wont run at full speed, I have 16GB x2 RAM sticks advertised to be 6400 MHz but when I look at task manager it says it runs at 4800 MTs, plus at BIOS even after setting it to DOCP and manually setting the speed to 6400, it says at the top "RAM targeted speed 4800" or something like that which I cannot change. On the RAM kits package it does have only "Intel XMP Ready" sticker and not AMD DOCP so maybe compatibility is the problem? Although it did work on previous BIOS version and previous CPU.

Would love some help, thanks in advance.

PS. DOCP is enabled, currently on DOCP II although I was on DOCP I up until now so the problem persists across both profiles
