For around 3 years now, My pc has been crashing everytime I open video games. This happens around 3 times a day depending on how long I play for. It doesn't matter what FPS I am at. For example, When I play valorant, I can run at 144 fps and be completely fine, the next day I have to run at 60-100 and still crash. I have a ryzen 7 3600x, CX750m PSU, 16g ram. I've updated the drivers and I just do not know what to do from here honestly. I don't think it is my temperature of my PC, though it could be (runs around 32C for GPU and 62C for CPU while not doing anything.) At this point I am either thinking it is the GPU, or the PSU though I purchased this PSU only 6-7 months ago. Any suggestions help, thank you.

By "crash" what exactly happens to your PC?

Do you mean crash to desktop? Black screen?

Is it recoverable or do you have to press the power button?

My monitor turns black and the screen does not show. Though, I can still hear sound and talk to friends while in VC. I have to turn it off and turn it back on since restarting the GPU does not work.

What other software do you use while you're playing?

Does the other software have hardware acceleration turned on?

Can you recover using the following: Windows + CTRL + SHIFT + B?

Ok, That doesn't sound like it is crashing. That is just loosing video output. When you update the drivers, did you use DDU or just install over the old ones?

I just used GEforce Experience to update the drivers. Am I doing it wrong?

I don't use any other apps or software while playing, I just have discord and valorant open and occasionally Microsoft edge to listen to music since Spotify crashes it also. I try using the windows ctrl shift b but it doesn't now do anything.
