PS5 Crashing

So trying to fix my nephew's PS5, tried everything i can think of, But im stumped...

Any help will greatly appreciated

 

So after loading in a game, after a 2-3 min the game will freeze up and crash after another 2-3 min the game will crash, getting a CE-108255-1 (its a fairly generic error, and the solution doesnt work)

Here is what iv'e tried

  • Tried factory resting and installing updates (including the SSD so starting from scratch)
  • Tried Clearing cash
  • Tried rebuilding Database
  • swapped out the SSD
  • applied new liquid metal

The problem will not go away...

The only thing that im trying right now is reinstalling the PS5 OS (its not finding the update file on the USB, but its giving me a hard time)

 

I live outside the US and the PS5 is out of warranty so not that contacting Sony directly will get me anywhere...
