Unless specifically stated you will not get a signed item, though there have been cases where I think if you offered to pay a huge donation (like tens of thousands of pounds/dollars) to a local hospital they might make an exception but otherwise do not assume you will get a signature

Keep in mind that I am sometimes wrong, so please correct me if you believe this is the case!

Would it satisfy your needs to have generic laser engraving? Because that's doable, though with premium. Actual signatures have in past been available for certain special deals and in-person events.
