Weird freeze

I was playing Rust and i had chrome and discord in the background and all of a sudden my game and pc froze and there were audio cuts happening on both sides of my headphones, eventually the pc came back and rust was frozen so i just ended the task. i did just reinstall windows 11 but i had already installed all drivers, i did afterwards an image scan and it was corrupted so i repaired it. What could be the issue for this? It also happened 2 days ago in valorant on a different copy of windows but i suspected it was aurasync because anytime i have donwloaded armoury crate or aurasync ive had issues like stutters in games and freezes, pc was working fine before installing aurasync which led me to reinstall a new copy of windows where this issue happened again in rust with no aurasync or armoury crate.

4090 556.12 driver

32gb ram 5600mhz

1300W 80+ Titanium psu (forgot the model)

B650e-f Strix latest bios

Win 11 pro

 

Im sure its probably nothing just wanna make sure though

 

Also temps are all perfect theyre never above 74c on cpu and never above 70c on gpu
