Budget (including currency): 3500-4000 PLN (+- 900-1000 USD)

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: All sorts of games: from Terraria to Satisfactory to Doom Eternal to Team Fortress 2.
FL Studio 21. Probably Godot or/and VS Code lol

Ideally, 1440p at anything above 60hz lol
If that's hard to do in my budget, 1080p in anything above 60

I will be buying a monitor, keyboard and possibly headset, too, but that's outside of the budget. The budget is just for the PC

Upgrading because, well, it's about time. I'm getting tired of this GTX 960M

nope, it's private... but i agree with venomtail, better to wait as newer, faster, and cheaper parts will come out before October comes. Wait until September to post again or buy the parts and build the PC now.
