PC screen went black

I just built a PC recently and the screen went black today and It can be power cycled and fans kick on  but that's about it. New HDMI cable and monitor and still no luck so took the PC apart to make sure everything was tight and secured and it randomly started working. Note this PC was built about a month ago.

Specs:

AsRock B550M,

R7 5800X,

Thermalright Assassin RGB,

32gb 3200 T-Force Vulcan Z,

RTX 3050 6G,

Powerspec 650W bronze,

Vulcan Z 1tb,

Intel 1tb M.2

120mm intake and 120mm exhaust

What exact Powerspec PSU do you have?  Model name please   Be specific.

Update: The current CPU is still running the stock cooler and there is a red light on the case that is flashing so I think the turning off it because of the CPU overheating. New cooler will be installed this week
