Hey guys, I just wanted to get your opinions on my options to upgrade my server. My amazing community is helping me fundraise to upgrade the ancient 4 year old AM3 system. I think I am going to go with the Intel Xeon 1230V3 as it is cheaper than the i7 4700 and I am currently running a low powered GPU so I have no real need for the on-board Graphics. I am currently hosting 2 Minecraft servers one which is capped out almost all of the time, the second one has a decent amount of players, I am also running a teamspeak server, Terraria server, Possible going to run a CSGO server and the big sucker, a Plex server. Specifically the Minecraft community helped out greatly with the progression, the current CPU spikes quite frequently which is enough to cause some major lag for a few seconds. I really needed to upgrade the system regardless because I want to upgrade to an SSD in the future as well as 32GB of ram (Currently Running SATA 2 with a mech HDD and 16GB of ram) So basically after my life long paragraph, I was wondering what you guys would recommend for a motherboard I have looked at quite a few but I am not 100% sure what would be the best value for this build, I want to have an intel ethernet port I am pretty sure I won't be going Z97 well, I won't be overclocking so...

Awesome! Thanks for the response, unfortunately I live in Canada and I can't buy from American retail stores, If I "can" I have to pay ridicules shipping taxes and import fees.
