I'm planning to build a new PC and need some advice on choosing a graphics card. My system specs include an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 CPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 750W PSU. I'll mainly be playing moderately demanding games like F1 24, Forza Horizon 5, and GTA. My budget is around $400, and I’m open to either NVIDIA or AMD GPUs. I’m a big RGB enthusiast and aesthetics mean a lot to me, so I prefer a GPU with some lighting.

Sounds obvious, get the best bang for your buck.

You will need to shop around, you can go to sites like pcpartpicker to compare prices online or even go to brick and mortar stores, you can choose to go second hand or even for returns.

You can google how the cards you find compare to each other, YouTube channels like "hardware unboxed" have a lot of good simple to understand charts which cover many resolutions and games.
