Help hp specter

I am looking for buying a hp specter on 4 july sales. Did some research and dint find much about 125h vs 155h.

At momemt I am going for Model 125h 16gb ram. 

But can spec them better but dont know how much I will win.

 

125h 16gb - 999 dol us

155h 16gb - 1130 dol

155h 32gb - 1219 dol

My buget was 1000 dol. Soo I dont realy want to spend more.

Usecase?

 

These spectres are extremely prone to overheating so they arent really that performant.
