Help with finding a docking station? Please!

Hi there,

I'm looking to upgrade my set up since I've been having issues with my current dock. I'll put my specs below. I'm currently using a Dell WD15 with 1 VGA monitor and 1 HDMI. I power my laptop with a ASUS charger and then plug the docking station in via USBc. My set up is freezing and lagging only when I use my docking station. So I was looking for a dock that will work with the following monitors (two of them) and my laptop.

 

2x LG 24GN650-B FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS Display, 144Hz Refresh Rate, 1ms (GtG)
