Is there any other loss apart from overclocking and io for running a K series CPU with a B series board on 13th gen?

What would I lose out on if I go with a B series motherboard?

In theory, only OC and some IO. In practice it does depend a bit on the exact boards you compare, as there are some B- series boards that are built like utter crap (same with Z- series boards, but there's more trash-tier B- series boards than Z- series boards), but as long as you're avoiding those terrible boards it's just OC and some IO.

Are we talking about 600 series motherboards or 700 series motherboards?
