Need help with bios and gpu

Every time i boot my pc into windows my graphics card is disconnected even though my hmi cable is connected to the gpu and i have to go in to device manager every time to enable it. Why does this happen ?please help.

Have you updated your Windows?

Have you updated your GPU drivers?

Have you updated your BIOS?

Is there any error in the properties? Perhaps Code 43? 
How are you enabling it if the GPU is disabled?

Are you using an eGPU, or is this plugged in to your PC permanently?

 

Is your BIOS set to default to the dGPU?

No, i enable from device manager then i click display and i enable rx 6400 driver

It is an rx 6400 and in the bios i have 3 options 1 auto that select either my gpu or my cpu graphics and sometimes a Microsoft one idk . Second option is my cpu graphics and third is my gpu rx 6400
