I want to buy (because I have a good steward):
Threadripper 3960x + Asus Prime TRX40 Pro + Noctua U14S
1) Will the cooling be able to cool such a 280w CPU without throttling ?
2) Is there TMP2.0 on this ? I want to have Secure boot to:
Install Windows 11 and play Valorant.

The CPU  is not included in Microsoft's list of Windows 11:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-amd-processors

3) If it is supported and has TMP2.0, will it run well on Windows 11 and get reasonable FPS in the Valorant game ?

Euhh this is NOT a gaming cpu and a ryzen 5600 a 100$ ish and not that new cpu will BE WAY WAY FASTER.

This is the ENTIRELY WRONG PLATFORM to buy if gaming is the focus.

1)It wont always do the trick but it will work as long as yoi dont start boosting that cpu high. Which is exactly what you want to do because you are gaming so no that cooler is not the best choice.

2)It has tpm and its suported on 11 microsoft forgot to put them on it and the list you are looking at is older

3)it supports 11 but if this is for a gaming machine DO NOT BUY THIS

What did you mean to say?

Nvm see it in the post.

Rendering what? Any 3d rendering is almost exclusively done on the gpu as even a rtx 2060 is WAY faster than this chip.

It will play valorant ok basically like a 2700x

It has ftpm its on amds site.
