My Windows 11 laptop is randomly restarting, especially during low-power activities like web browsing or streaming videos. Oddly, the problem doesn't happen during gaming; even demanding games like Horizon Zero Dawn and World War Z run without issues. But it happens during low power task it once happened while streaming a YouTube video, making notes in Microsoft one note. The latest occurrence was when I tried to uninstall Bing. And it restarts immediately without going into repair mode.

The laptop is on the 23H2 update, and all drivers are current.

Lenovo Vantage and Windows integrity checks show no errors.

Reinstalling Windows didn't solve the issue, and I ensure to avoid suspicious websites and unauthorized software.

Edit: Sometimes, the computer also gets stuck at shutdown. It doesn't freeze; instead, it continues to display the shutdown animation—the spinning circle—for minutes. The last time this happened, I left it for 25 minutes, and when I returned, it still hadn't turned off.

edit 2  it just happened again i was watching a random YouTube video and my laptop just rebooted, the event viwer showed the following warning

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
Windows.SecurityCenter.WscBrokerManager
 and APPID
Unavailable
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Is there anything in the event viewer around the time of the restarts?

@knight_of_the_lost_world, Wanted to ask the same question as @Tetras. There might be some errors and warnings that are not necessarily relevant or critical for that matter, but still there is a good chance it can give you some insights into the root of the issues.

I will make a note the next time this happens.
