Oracle sponsored random Twitter post???

What on earth happened here? Was this just a very poorly timed sponsor spot, or did the main Twitter get hacked? 

 

I've never seen LTT do random sponsored Twitter posts that weren't attached to a video, and given this went up 45min after the video talking about how AI isn't all it's hyped up to be, I'm inclined to think it's the latter, tbh.
