So this kinda makes me mad. Those two girls are like no I don't like it then at the end they go. Well I would buy it because I need a new phone and its convenient.... Wtf

I don't understand your point here. Why does it make you mad that they don't like the phone?

I think the problem is more the fact that they, A - don't like the design but, B - would still buy it... because "convenience" (wut?).

It is inconvenient to switch when you're already using a platform, especially if you are using an iPhone. If I get a new iPhone, I can make a backup on the old one and then restore that backup on the new one starting off exactly where I left off. For most people this is very valuable and very convenient.
