I recently changed the thermal paste of my Dell Inspiron 7510 (RTX3050) laptop

My GPU is stuck at 0% utilization and 6 watts of power unless I reinstall gpu from the device manager after my laptop is shut or asleep

So what could be the problem cuz i only cleaned fans and removed the heat sink while changing the paste

Go to bios and disable fast boot. Disable fast boot windows (called fast startup). Restart. f it didn't help. Run DDU and install GPU drivers again
